Cookie Policy

Last Updated: December 14, 2025

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website or use a mobile application. They are widely used to make websites and apps work more efficiently and provide information to the owners.

2. How RacquetSuite Uses Cookies

RacquetSuite is primarily a native mobile application. We use minimal tracking and primarily rely on secure token-based authentication rather than traditional browser cookies. However, our service may use similar technologies for the following purposes:

3. Types of Data We Store

Essential Application Data:

  • Authentication Tokens: Securely stored to keep you logged in to your account
  • User Preferences: Settings such as theme (dark/light mode), notification preferences, and regional settings
  • Session Data: Temporary data to maintain your session while using the app

Local Storage:

  • Offline Cache: Local copies of your data to enable offline functionality
  • Draft Requests: Temporarily saved incomplete stringing requests
  • App State: Information about your current view and navigation state

4. Third-Party Services

RacquetSuite integrates with third-party services that may use their own cookies or similar technologies:

  • Supabase: Our backend database provider for secure data storage and authentication
  • Google Sign-In: If you use Google authentication, Google may use cookies according to their privacy policy
  • Apple Sign-In: If you use Apple authentication, Apple may use their own tracking technologies

5. Website Cookies

Our marketing website (racquetsuite.com) may use cookies for:

  • Analytics: Understanding how visitors use our website to improve user experience
  • Performance: Monitoring website performance and identifying issues
  • Marketing: Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (if applicable)

6. Your Control Over Cookies

Mobile App:

  • You can log out to clear your authentication session
  • You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data
  • You can manage app permissions in your device settings

Website:

  • Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through settings
  • You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent
  • Note that some features may not function properly without cookies

7. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Our mobile app does not track user behavior across third-party websites or apps, so Do Not Track signals do not apply to our core service.

8. Data Retention

Authentication tokens and session data are retained only while you remain logged in. Local cached data persists until you delete the app or clear app data. User preferences are stored indefinitely unless you delete your account.

9. Children's Privacy

RacquetSuite does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

11. Contact Us
