By accessing and using RacquetSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RacquetSuite is a mobile application designed to help racquet stringers and pro shops manage their business operations, including customer records, inventory management, stringing requests, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use RacquetSuite, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier:

• Limited to 25 customers, 15 string inventory items, and 10 active requests
• Access to basic features only
• No credit card required

Pro Subscription:

• Billed monthly at $9.99/month through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google
• Includes unlimited access to all features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RacquetSuite and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (photos, notes, customer data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant RacquetSuite a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content.

8. Data Backup and Security

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that:

• No internet-based service is 100% secure
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, security breaches, or other circumstances beyond our control

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACQUETSUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
